Scholarship Opportunities
The GCAR Foundation awards annual scholarships to students pursuing careers in real estate, finance, and related fields — investing in the next generation of Gulf Coast leaders.
Eligibility Requirements
Must reside in Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, or Stone County
Must be a high school senior OR currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an HBCU
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Must be enrolled full-time in school at the time of application
Must submit a completed essay response (500–750 words) as part of the application

In 500–750 words, discuss the importance of homeownership and financial education, identify one barrier affecting families in your community, and explain what individuals, organizations, or community leaders can do to help create greater opportunity for future generations.
