Utility Assistance Program

The GCAR Foundation provides emergency utility relief to eligible Gulf Coast residents facing hardship from financial crisis or natural disaster. Assistance is subject to available funding.

Eligibility Requirements

Must reside in Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, or Stone County
Must be experiencing a documented utility hardship or delinquency
Must provide a most recent past due notice from your utility provider
Must provide name, date of birth, and SSN for all household members
Must complete and submit the application below
Assistance is subject to available funding — not all applicants will receive aid
